I am a Year 6 student in the Uru Mānuka Cluster. My teacher is Miss McLeod. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you. Please note....some work won't be edited - just my first drafts, so there may be some surface errors. I would love your feedback, comments, thoughts and ideas.

Wow! Meiana and Erin this is fantastic. I love how you have collaborated on the same slideshow at 2 different addresses. I will definitely come back and check to see what more you have added. Just a tip for you - when you embed the slide show change the size to small, and then it won't go over the things on the right hand side of your blog page.
ReplyDeleteKeep up the great work girls!
Mrs Jones
Thank you I will use this tip in my future blogs!
DeleteI have to agree with Mrs Jones on this girls! Wow! You have been very busy. My favourite part of this slide is the animal supermarket- it's very well done and it made me laugh! Your slides are quite tricky to read because it's too large for the blog, try to make it smaller.
ReplyDeleteMiss McLeod
I really appreciate you'r tips and kindness!
DeleteHi Meiana (and Erin)
ReplyDeleteI love this. I really want to bake those recipes!! YUM YUM.
My dog Maizy and my cat Alfie would love those dream pet bedrooms ! I am not going to show them your slides otherwise they will nag and nag at me to create them for them (JK- my animals don't talk )
From Mrs McIntyre (Whakarua teacher who knows Meiana's name, finally!)
This made me laugh I wish that animals could really talk. You should try the recipe I bet they are really yum.
DeleteHi Meiana, This is amazing. Looks like it would be fun to make, it is such a great idea to collaborate with a friend. Did you try making the recipes you have put in the slides? Maybe you could add a title to the recipe on slide 17 so people know what they are baking.

Kia Ora girls!
ReplyDeleteIt looks like you have put a lot of time into that so well done. I have been searching for new recipes so will definitely be giving those a try. Oh I am a big fan of fun facts as I am part of a quiz team and you never know when little weird facts will come in handy. Here is one for you, Hippo's milk is pink!!!!! Crazy stuff.
I can tell you are both into animals. Do either of you own any animals?

Hi Meiana,
ReplyDeleteI think this is a really cool project maybe we could do one together as well! Did you search public domain at the end?
